My dad's school

Dad said that as a child he threw a tennis ball at one of these windows and broken it.
Well, he truly said that, "A child threw a ball into one of these windows and that boy could have been me." :)
Crocket School 1925. Dad said on his first day of school he was so excited that he rode his bike to school and made it an hour early.

On our family road trips we would sing hymns. This past trip to OR, I got a video of my favorite song we would sing as a family.

4 more days!

Can't wait to surprise my dad and visit my family in OR!!!! With my trip out to OR, Conferences at school, a couple days off when my dad is down here and then Thanksgiving I should be only teaching 8 days in the month of November! Then Christmas break will be here! I bought mi sobrina and me matching PJ's.......can't wait to put the pictures on here.

Still praying that God will transfer my dream job to OR so I can be near my family. Whoever, ends up reading this...could you make a shout out to God on my behalf?

A boy said this in class the other day and it made me stop and smile...

It's really a weird feeling to wear short pants because the air only touches my ankles."
