Special Day with a Special Friend.

Miss this kind, generous, silly soul sister!  It was awesome to spend time with her adorable family, hang out, and catch up on our lives.  This woman is amazing and I'm so blessed to have her in my life.  May our crazy stories keep us young and full of joy!

It Is Looking Nice

Downsizing is hard!

 Yikes!  More boxes!

 Only 3 DRAWERS!!!!  And no pantry.  Where are we going to store all the spices we have been collecting since the 60's and ignoring all expiration dates on packaging?

 Make room for the beds.

 I wonder what is packed inside the Big Moving Buck/Mama Doe box?

 A piece of cardboard?  Oops.  Guess the top label "Mom's belts and scarves" was wrong.

 Mattress shopping.  Can we just spend the night?

 One room organized.

 Hallway cleared.

 Bathroom somewhat respectable.

 The beds fit.

 Open cabinets at your own risk.

 Seating available for 10.

 Some pictures are hung.....40 more paintings to put up.

 And items ready to be packed.

Praying we don't go over our weight limit.

 And then this came!  WOW!!!!!

 Art on the walls were for sale if I wanted to be in debt for the rest of my life.

 Eating cotton candy properly...with a knife and fork.

 And then the rainbow cake with gummy bears on top!

 Eventually, the cotton candy started melting or I could have sat there all night.  Cotton Candy and people watching.

 The waitress asked the piano man to play Happy Birthday!

 Loved my hair that day.  One of grammy's favorite necklaces as a hair accessory.
